The Contracting Body requires consistent adherence to the Service Level response times as per agreed KPI's, with effective and timely scalability to ensure that peaks in demand hourly / daily do not degrade service performance levels. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ has carefully studied the requirements for Lot 2 and has carried out a detailed risk assessment to ensure that its resources and processes, along with capital and IT infrastructure already meet all requirements associated with Lot 2 whilst continuing to deliver on ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ existing commitments. This assessment used ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ experience of successfully resourcing and delivering similar requirements for in excess of 200 clients contracted under the existing Buying Solutions Travel Frameworks agreements. A project plan was agreed and initiated to address the identified shortcomings. Work already undertaken includes: - development of IT infrastructure, specifically the transference of data and management systems to new servers providing massive increases in capacity. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is capable of managing peak volumes greater in scale to the Contracting Body’s requirements without adversely affecting service levels; - relocation of servers allowing further expansion capabilities, more efficient power usage; - thorough testing, completed successfully. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ uses PacketTrap MSP to monitor and manage its IT infrastructure. PacketTrap issues alerts if IT resources are extended beyond a predefined limit, and produces a daily report with detailed analysis of IT infrastructure performance throughout the previous 24 hours. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ existing staff members have an average of 11 years service with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. Most are trained across a range of disciplines enabling flexibility to move staff resource to varying roles to manage periods of peak demand. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will recruit full-time, part-time and potentially short-term personnel to manage the increased business volumes and “pinch-points” during identified periods of heightened implementation, on-boarding and go-live. Recruitment plans are already in place to meet the anticipated demand flow.
