BIP Replacement Clause Samples

The BIP Replacement clause defines the process and conditions under which a Business Improvement Proposal (BIP) can be substituted or updated within an agreement or project framework. Typically, this clause outlines the requirements for submitting a replacement BIP, such as necessary approvals, documentation, and timelines, and may specify who has the authority to initiate or approve such changes. Its core practical function is to provide a structured mechanism for adapting to evolving business needs or correcting issues in previous proposals, ensuring that the agreement remains relevant and effective over time.
BIP Replacement. 9.1 This Schedule does not cover the situation of replacing a BIP which has already been installed and provisioned by the Providing Operator other than for normal wear-and-tear of the BIP. The Parties shall negotiate in good faith in relation to such replacement. Terms defined in the Blockwiring Agreement apply in the Schedule unless the contest requires otherwise.
