BIP Replacement. 9.1 This Schedule does not cover the situation of replacing a BIP which has already been installed and provisioned by the Providing Operator other than for normal wear-and-tear of the BIP. The Parties shall negotiate in good faith in relation to such replacement. Terms defined in the Blockwiring Agreement apply in the Schedule unless the contest requires otherwise.
