Common use of BIOLOGICAL AND HABITAT PROTECTION Clause in Contracts

BIOLOGICAL AND HABITAT PROTECTION. OC Waste & Recycling will inform the A-E of any biological resources that would or could be impacted by the project, and specify any required mitigation measures or procedures to protect those resources during construction. The A-E shall be responsible for complying with these protection measures, and for ensuring that all sub A-Es also comply. The County has the authority to perform inspections of the A-E’s work area at any time to ensure that these measures or procedures are being followed.
