Binding Nature of Contract. The terms of this Contract shall be binding and effective upon all the parties to it. Unless and until terminated as provided above, this Contract shall also inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties' successors, lessees, heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and legal or personal representatives.
