Bidders Evidence of Responsibility. A bidder may be required to furnish evidence in writing that the bidder (a) maintains a permanent place of business, (b) has adequate equipment, finances and personnel to furnish satisfactory and expeditiously the items bid, and (c) is an authorized dealer which is authorized to provide all necessary services and warranties for the items bid.
