Bid Phase Services. As part of our Bid Phase Services Consultant will provide the following: • Attend one pre–bid conference with Owner and prospective Contractors • Prepare minutes of pre–bid conference for distribution to Owner and prospective Contractors. • Assist in the preparation of addendum documentation and responses to questions presented by Contractor. • Assist Owner in acceptance of final bid package from Contractor. • Prepare a tabulation from each Contractor and summary of bonding information for the project(s). • Evaluate bid submittal for general conformance to contract documents and provide a recommendation of award to Owner.
Bid Phase Services. 1) Issuance of Construction Documents to TFC’s Minor Construction program for the purposes of developing an Estimate Summary and Letter of Agreement to be issued by TFC’s Minor Construction program to DSHS for review and execution, and for construction;
2) Review of, and response to, requests for information from TFC’s Minor Construction program;
Bid Phase Services. Upon completion of the final design, the Professional shall proceed with the bid phase services described in this Section.
Bid Phase Services. It is anticipated that the owner will solicit the bids from several general contractors.
Bid Phase Services. 1. Bid Document Administration – The Engineer shall assist the Owner with preparing an advertisement for bid and coordinate distribution of contract documents for bidding to all bidders and plan houses such as Dodge Report, AGC, etc. It is acknowledged that the Engineer will sell plans to potential bidders and vendors, and that the purchase of plans shall be non- refundable.
Bid Phase Services. Upon receiving Notice to Proceed to Construction from TDOT, ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ will assist the Town with advertising the project for construction. ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ will coordinate with TDOT Local Programs to place the advertisement on the TDOT website. Any additional advertising requirements based on local procurement regulations will be handled by the Town. ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ will conduct one (1) pre-bid meeting with potential bidders. ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ will respond to questions that arise during the bidding process and issue up to three (3) statements of clarification or bid addenda as appropriate. ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ will be present for the bid opening and meet with the Town following the bid opening to assist with bid review. In addition, ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ will tabulate the bids received and evaluate the compliance of the bids with the bidding documents and in accordance with TDOT Policy No. 355-02, Awards of Construction Contracts. ▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ will submit the bid tabulation and other required documentation to TDOT seeking review and approval to award the contract to the lowest responsive bidder.
Bid Phase Services. CONSULTANT will provide the following services during the Project’s bidding and award phase: • CONSULTANT to provide bidding documents to CITY, including bid tabs in spreadsheet form, for advertisement through CITY’s Bonfire system. • Assist the CITY in addressing bidder questions and preparing and distributing any addenda. • Assist in the bid opening. • Assist the CITY in evaluating the best value criteria and determining the qualifications of prospective contractors and their teams. Provide a letter of recommendation to the City for award of the project. • Assist the CITY in coordinating with the selected Contractor to compile the necessary bonds and insurance to prepare the contract documents for execution by the CITY and the Contractor. • Incorporate all addenda into the contract documents and issue conformed sets of plans and specifications for use as the issued for construction documents. • The CITY is responsible for the cost of advertising the project. • The bidding format will be based on competitive sealed proposal (CSP). • The bid opening will take place online through the CITY’s Bonfire system.

Bid Phase Services. The Architect will provide bid tabulation services for the City of ▇▇▇▇▇ and attend one pre-bid meeting. Architect will also answer questions regarding the design during the project bid phase.
Bid Phase Services. The bid phase is focused on procurement of a contractor to perform construction of the work.
3.1. Assist the City in advertisement for public bid.
3.2. Conduct a pre-bid meeting, answer questions, clarify expectations of the contractor, explain design rationale.
3.3. Answer bid phase questions related to the construction documents.
3.4. Issue addenda to clarify requirements, scope, quality and quantity of the improvements to be completed.
3.5. Review bids with project requirements, issue bid tabulation and issue Notice of Intent to Award.
3.6. Assist the City in securing agreement, bonds, and insurance from the contractor.

Bid Phase Services. The Consultant shall provide assistance to the City during the project advertisement and award period. Bid phase assistance shall include, at a minimum, the following:
1. Response to requests for information (RFIs) and requests for clarification (RFCs) received during the bid period. Consultant shall provide a written response to questions within two (2) business days of questions received during the bidding period. The responses shall be provided in short memorandum format with the question and response shown.
2. Attendance and participation in the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
3. The Consultant shall incorporate all addenda issued during the Bid Period into a conformed set of contract documents.
