Common use of Bid Integrity Clause in Contracts

Bid Integrity. Willful misrepresentation of any fact within the Bid will lead to the cancellation of the contract without prejudice to other actions that the Bank may take. All the bids with accompanying documents will become property of SBI.

All the bids with submissions, including any accompanying documents documents, will become property of SBI. The Bidders shall be deemed to license, and grant all rights to SBI, to reproduce the whole or any portion of their product for the purpose of evaluation, to disclose the contents of submission to other Bidders and to disclose and/ or use the contents of submission as the basis for RFP process.
