Bid Day. 15 1. All Bid Committee representatives shall be present after A.M. routes prior to the 16 start of the bid process. 18 2. The most senior Attendant will start the bid process and each Attendant will have up 19 to ten (10) minutes to select their routes (A.M. P.M., Mid-day). 21 3. Attendants are allowed one (1) person of their choice to assist in the bid room. All 22 bidding will stop when the attendants leave for their P.M. routes. 24 4. The Bid Committee will let individuals know when it is time to stop. 26 5. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will commence upon the return of all Committee members and then start on 27 the next Attendant eligible to bid. 29 6. If it is an Attendants’ time to bid and they are not present, the bid timer will be set 30 for ten (10) minutes. After the ten (10) minutes have been exhausted, the attendant 31 will be considered a no-show and their name will be dropped to the bottom of the 32 seniority bid day list.
