Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited hereinafter referred to as BHEL shall mean the Head of the contracting / Outsourcing department / Other Administrator or other Administrative Officers of the said Company including the Engineer-in-Charge, Sr. Manager or other executive deputed by BHEL is authorized to invite tenders and enter into contract for works on behalf of the Company.
