Common use of Benefits to extend Clause in Contracts

Benefits to extend. Each party acknowledges that its obligations under this clause 26 constitute promises conferring benefits on each party’s officers, employees and agents that are intended to create, in respect of the benefit, an obligation enforceable by those officers, employees and agents and accordingly, the provisions of the Contracts (Privity) Xxx 0000 apply to its promises under this clause 26.

Benefits to extend. Each party acknowledges that its obligations under this clause 26 26, excluding clause 26.9A, constitute promises conferring benefits on each party’s officers, agents and employees and agents that which are intended to create, in respect of the benefit, an obligation enforceable by those officers, agents and employees and agents and accordingly, the provisions of the Contracts (Privity) Xxx 0000 Act 1982 apply to its promises under this clause 26.

Benefits to extend. Each party acknowledges agrees that its obligations under this clause 26 24 constitute promises conferring benefits on each party’s officers, employees and agents that are intended to create, in respect of the benefit, an obligation enforceable by those officers, employees and agents and accordingly, the provisions of Part 2 of the Contracts (Privity) Xxx 0000 Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017 apply to its promises under this clause 2624. The clauses referred to in this clause may be varied by agreement between the parties without the consent of the beneficiaries described in this clause.

Each party acknowledges agrees that its obligations under this clause 26 18 constitute promises conferring benefits on each party’s 's officers, agents and employees and agents that are intended to create, in respect of the benefit, an obligation enforceable by those officers, agents and employees and agents and accordingly, the provisions of Part 2 of the Contracts (Privity) Contract and Commercial Law Xxx 0000 apply to its promises under this clause 2618.
