Disclosure of arbitrator's decision. The arbitrators shall decide the dispute in accordance with applicable Legal Requirements by the majority of the arbitral tribunal and shall state in writing the reasons for the arbitrators’ decision. Either Member may publicize or otherwise disclose to others the contents of any decision of the arbitrators. The arbitrator shall not have the authority to require any Member to make any Capital Contributions not contemplated under this Agreement, or redeem any Membership Interest not contemplated by this Agreement.
