Be Considerate. We realize moving and dealing with issues around the home can be stressful, and we go out o_f _our way to accommodate reasonable needs and requests. Your decisions might affect whether a landlord keeps a _property or sells it, or whether a_tenant wants to renew or move. You should take those consequences into account _when making decisions.
Be Considerate a. Because our mail server resources are shared, maintain a small inbox, deleting and filing away past messages when read. b. Use proper email etiquette when using mailing lists, respecting the rules and guidelines set for each list. c. Use our central file services (network shares) files for active files only, archiving seldom accessed files in a secure manner in order to free up space for other users. d. Close all copies of site-licensed software when finished, in order to free up the software for others to use. e. Use network and computing resources equitably. Resource intensive applications can be accommodated separately so as to not tax shared network resources.
Be Considerate. We all depend on each other to produce the best effort and intention we can. Your decisions will affect guests, retreatants and colleagues, and you should take those consequences into account when making decisions. During periods of silence, staff members will not engage in conversation in common space and keep work related conversations to minimum audible level and out of range of retreatants.
