Bathroom Policy for Camps. Director must inform all staff of ‘Bathroom Procedures’ at the start of camp to explain to campers that they will be escorted by a coach as a group (cannot be just one child, always at least two), the coach then checks the bathroom to ensure no one is inside then the coach is to wait outside of bathroom whilst children use the bathroom (not to be inside with the children). If a member of the public tries to use the bathroom the coach is to kindly inform them that a group of children are using the facilities so to please wait a minute till they finish, then coach escorts children back to field. Please send ‘Bathroom Policy’ to all your coaches prior to camp so they are aware. You will also be sent an ‘Incident/Injury Report Form’ to record any accidents or issues, please complete if necessary and forward a copy to: xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx.

  • Drug-Free Workplace Policy Consultant shall provide a drug-free workplace by complying with all provisions set forth in City’s Council Policy 100-5, attached hereto as Exhibit “D” and incorporated herein by reference.   • Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (a) A Nurse who is injured while at work and as a result of such injury is certified by a medical doctor as unfit to complete the working day, shall receive pay at the regular rate for time lost on the day that such injury is sustained and no deduction will be made from sick leave credits with respect to that particular working day.

  • Alcohol Policy Residents are required to abide by all New York State and New York University regulations regarding the use of alcohol. In residence halls, persons under the age of 21 may not be in the presence of alcohol or alcoholic beverage containers.
