Common use of Basic 911 and E911 Clause in Contracts

Basic 911 and E911. If CLEC orders unbundled network elements, then CLEC is also responsible for providing E911 to its end users. BellSouth agrees to offer access to the 911/E911 network pursuant to the following terms and conditions and at the rates set forth in Attachment 11.
