Common use of Base Salary and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Base Salary and Expenses. As compensation for Key Employee's services, Employer shall pay to Key Employee during the Employment Period a salary (the "Base Salary") at the annual rate of $200,000 for FY '98. Any salary increases for future fiscal years will be determined by the Board of Directors of Employer or an appropriate committee thereof (the "Board") in its discretion based upon the recommendation of the Chief Executive Officer.
