C1 Contract Price C1.1 In consideration of the Contractor’s performance of its obligations under the Contract, the Authority shall pay the Contract Price in accordance with clause C2 (Payment and VAT).
Construction With Other Parts Of The Tariff This ISA shall not be construed as an application for service under Part II or Part III of the Tariff.
Contract Consistency With Other Laws The contract shall govern if State and local environmental quality laws conflict with or preclude performance of contractual requirements.
Treatment of Passthru Payments and Gross Proceeds The Parties are committed to work together, along with Partner Jurisdictions, to develop a practical and effective alternative approach to achieve the policy objectives of foreign passthru payment and gross proceeds withholding that minimizes burden.
Purchase Price Protection With respect to any Mortgage Loan that prepays in full on or prior to the last day of the third full month following the related Closing Date (or such other date set forth in the related PPTL, the Seller shall reimburse the Purchaser an amount equal to the product of (a) the amount by which Purchase Price Percentage paid by the Purchaser to the Seller for such Mortgage Loan exceeds 100% and (b) the outstanding principal balance of the Mortgage Loan as of the Cut-off Date. Such payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of such payoff.
Economic Price Adjustment is the adjustment to the Aircraft Basic Price (Base Airframe, Engine and Special Features) as calculated pursuant to Exhibit D.
PRICING STRUCTURES Licenses and Support Services for the Licensed Programs to which this OST applies are granted according to the pricing structures mentioned in the related Transaction Document. Standard pricing structures are defined in the section “DEFINITIONS” of this OST, even though those pricing structures may not be applicable to the DS Offerings to which this OST applies. Other pricing structures may be made available on a case-by-case basis.

CFR PART 200 Contract Provisions Explanation Required Federal contract provisions of Federal Regulations for Contracts for contracts with ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members: The following provisions are required to be in place and agreed if the procurement is funded in any part with federal funds. The ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members are the subgrantee or Subrecipient by definition. Most of the provisions are located in 2 CFR PART 200 - Appendix II to Part 200—Contract Provisions for Non-Federal Entity Contracts Under Federal Awards at 2 CFR PART 200. Others are included within 2 CFR part 200 et al. In addition to other provisions required by the Federal agency or non-Federal entity, all contracts made by the non- Federal entity under the Federal award must contain provisions covering the following, as applicable. 2 CFR PART 200 Contracts Contracts for more than the simplified acquisition threshold currently set at $250,000, which is the inflation adjusted amount determined by the Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council (Councils) as authorized by 41 U.S.C. 1908, must address administrative, contractual, or legal remedies in instances where contractors violate or breach contract terms, and provide for such sanctions and penalties as appropriate.
