Base Increase. a. Effective as of the first day of the full pay period following ratification by both parties, all classes shall receive a general salary increase of two and one-half percent (2.5%) to base pay; b. Effective November 6, 2020, all classes shall receive a general salary increase of one and one half percent (1.5%) to base pay; c. Effective November 5, 2021, all classes shall receive a general salary increase of two percent (2%) to base pay.
