Bartender. Only approved bartenders may serve alcohol on Old Xxxxxx Dairy property. The location of the bars must be approved at least 30 days prior to the rental event by an Old Xxxxxx Dairy representative. Alcohol consumption is limited to the rental event area and is prohibited in the parking area. Old Xxxxxx Dairy reserves the right to terminate the event if behavior of guests is deemed inappropriate by Old Xxxxxx Dairy representatives or law enforcement. In accordance with Florida law, no persons under the age of 21 should be served alcohol.
Bartender. A bartender fee for both cash bar and host bar will apply. The assigned Catering Sales Manager will outline the minimum sales required in order for the cash bar fee to be waived. An additional bartender labor fee will be charged for any services over six (6) hours. ASM requires one (1) bar per 150 people expected. Additionally, ASM requires bar security for each bar requested, the cost of which is borne by Licensee. All bar service charges are subject to Oklahoma Sales and Liquor Taxes and/or service fee. ASM practices responsible alcohol service and therefore reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone, including the right to terminate the service of alcoholic beverages of your event if deemed necessary by ASM.
Bartender. The provisions of Article Management Rights will apply to those employees covered under this Schedule.

  • Lunch If the Company elects to furnish a lunch meal, it will be suitable and may be in the form of a box lunch. The meal shall be eaten at the job site or a Company designated location. Employees eating a box lunch or other Company-provided lunch at the job site will be allowed 30 minutes paid time to eat and will also be granted the dollar amount of the meal allowance as specified under the labor agreement.

  • Apprentice Wages (a) Apprentices’ rates of pay are set out in Appendix B which includes the description of the calculations.

  • APPRENTICES 6.36.1 The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that, if this Contract involves a dollar amount greater than or a number of working days greater than that specified in Labor Code Section 1777.5, this Contract is governed by the provisions of Labor Code Section 1777.5.   • Sick Leave Buy Back To encourage and reward employees who maintain good job attendance, the parties agree to the following incentive award: Employees who utilize two (2) sick leave days or less each assigned school calendar year and year-round employees who utilize three (3) sick leave days or less during each assigned school calendar year - upon request – shall receive payment for up to eight (8) days of sick leave, provided the employee worked the full assigned calendar year.* The following procedures apply to the payment of sick leave under this section.

  • Breakfast Breakfast reimbursements may be claimed only if the employee is on assignment away from their temporary or permanent work station in a travel status overnight or departs from home in an assigned travel status before 6:00 A.M.

  • LEAVES OF ABSENCE AND BEREAVEMENT PAY 21.01 The Employer may grant leaves of absence without pay, for a time mutually agreed upon between the Employer and the employee, for the following reasons:

  • Sick Leave Donation In accord with state law and Medical Center policy, RN’s may donate sick leave to any employee entitled to receive such donations.
