Common use of Bartender Clause in Contracts

Bartender. Only licensed bartenders may serve alcohol on Old ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Dairy property. The location of the bars must be approved at least 30 days prior to the rental event by an Old ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Dairy representative. Alcohol consumption is limited to the rental event area and is prohibited in the parking area. Old ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Dairy reserves the right to terminate the event if behavior of guests is deemed inappropriate by Old ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Dairy representatives or law enforcement. In accordance with Florida law, no persons under the age of 21 should be served alcohol.
