BARGAINING UNIT EMPLOYEE OPTIONS FOR TRANSFERS. 1. Bargaining unit employees who want to transfer to covered positions at other TSA airports have two (2) potential program options - the NTP and the TSA Job Swap Program. Bargaining unit employees will be responsible for any expenses related to voluntary transfers and Job Swaps.
