Common use of Bargaining on a Successor Agreement Clause in Contracts

Bargaining on a Successor Agreement. The parties agree to commence bargaining for a successor agreement on or about January 1, 2016, at a time and place mutually convenient to the parties. The first meeting shall consist of an exchange of complete proposals or a complete list of issues and some interests statements relating to each issue, and discussion of the procedures to be followed during bargaining.
