Common use of Bargaining Meetings Clause in Contracts

Bargaining Meetings. The Company and the Union will meet at such time and place as may be mutually agreed upon for the purpose of discussing wages and working conditions and adjusting any matters within the confines of this Agreement which come within the scope of collective bargaining between employer and employee. The Company and the Union will share the employees’ regular wages and benefits while attending any such meetings. The Employer’s share shall not exceed an aggregate total of forty (40) hours per agreement term. Bargaining time shall be considered time worked for purposes of the Collective Agreement.
