Banquet Preparation. Banquet or other special food preparation other than for normally-scheduled meals may be cause to schedule additional personnel. When banquet or other special food preparation is needed, the Food Service Supervisor shall consult with the affected Food Service employee(s) to determine if additional personnel needs to be scheduled and/or if additional time needs to be scheduled for the affected Food Service employee(s).
