Common use of Bandwidth Usage Clause in Contracts

Bandwidth Usage. Avancie may impose reasonable limitations on bandwidth usage for the Services. Avancie may, at any time and without prior notice,immediately disable Customer’s use of the Services or throttle bandwidth for Customer’s use of the Services if Customer’s bandwidth usage significantly exceeds the average bandwidth usage of other customers (as determined solely by Avancie), until Customer can reduce its bandwidth usage to a level acceptable to Avancie.
