Balconies. You must keep your balcony area (if any) tidy and free from rubbish and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ must not do anything on the balcony which is likely to cause a nuisance to other people, including allowing water to escape, holding barbecues or throwing items from the balcony. You must not hang washing over your balcony.
