BALANCING AREA. 1.1. If this Agreement covers more than one Balancing Area, it shall be applied as if each Balancing Area were covered by separate but identical agreements. All Balancing hereunder shall be on the basis of Gas taken from the Balancing Area measured in MMBtus.
