Common use of Background and Security Investigations Clause in Contracts

Background and Security Investigations. 7.5.1 At the discretion of the County, all Contractor staff performing work under this Master Agreement may be required to undergo and pass, to the satisfaction of the County, a background investigation as a condition of beginning and continuing to work under this Master Agreement. The County shall use its discretion in determining the method of background clearance to be used, which may include but is not limited to fingerprinting. The County may perform the background check.
