Backfill. The parties agree that as of January 1, 2012, the Employer will continue to backfill the 6:00 p.m. weekday newscast for 20 days per year with the Employer deeming who is qualified. Any Principal Anchor / Host who is removed from their current duties and has been in the employ of the Employer prior to May 13, 1996, shall have the option of receiving a buy-out package equal to 4 weeks per year of service to a maximum of 78 weeks.
