Common use of Avoidance of Conflict of Economic Interest Clause in Contracts

Avoidance of Conflict of Economic Interest. No executive or employee of Subrecipient, elected official in the area, or any staff person or consultant who is a member or officer of the Board of Directors or other official governing body of Subrecipient will solicit or accept money or any other consideration from a third person, for the performance of an act reimbursed in whole or part by Subrecipient or County.
