AVAILABILITY TO ASSOCIATION. A. An electronic copy of the agenda of each regularly scheduled Board meeting and an electronic copy of the approved minutes of the previous meeting shall be posted on the Board’s website and emailed to all staff members at their district-provided email addresses. Such agendas and minutes shall be available in the Administrative Secretary's office at the same time as such materials are released for distribution to Board members, administration, and the press.
