Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services. 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to New Horizons for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers.
