Common use of Availability of Space Clause in Contracts

Availability of Space. Upon submission of an application pursuant to Section 6, BellSouth will permit ITC/\DeltaCom to physically collocate, pursuant to the terms of this Attachment, at any BellSouth central office premises, unless BellSouth has determined that there is no space available due to space limitations or no space available due to technical infeasibility. BellSouth will respond to an application within ten (10) business days as to whether space is available or not available within a BellSouth central office premises.
