Drop-In Sample Clauses
A Drop-In clause allows a party to substitute or add new personnel, equipment, or resources into a project or service without requiring prior approval from the other party. In practice, this means that if a contractor needs to replace a team member or bring in additional staff to meet deadlines or address unforeseen issues, they can do so seamlessly under the terms of the agreement. The core function of this clause is to provide flexibility and ensure continuity of service or project progress, minimizing delays that could arise from lengthy approval processes.
