Availability Notification – FL. BellSouth will respond to a Florida Application within fifteen (15) calendar days as to whether space is available or not available within a BellSouth Premises. If the amount of space requested is not available, BellSouth will notify Powertel of the amount of space that is available. When BellSouth’s response includes an amount of space less than that requested by Powertel or differently configured, Powertel must amend its application to reflect the actual space available prior to submitting a Bona Fide Firm Order. No additional Application Fee will be required
