Availability of Internal Practices, Books and Records to Government Agencies. Business Associate shall make its internal practices, policies and procedures, books, and records relating to the security, Use and Disclosure of PHI available to the Secretary for purposes of determining Covered Entity’s compliance with the Privacy and Security Regulations. Business Associate shall immediately notify Covered Entity of any requests made by the Secretary and provide Covered Entity with copies of any documents produced in response to such request.

Morehouse agrees to make its internal practices, books and records relating to the Use and Disclosure of PHI available to the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services for purposes of determining the Physician’s compliance with the Privacy Regulations, subject to any applicable legal privileges.

Sub- Business Associate agrees to make its internal practices, policies and procedures, books, and records relating to the Use and Disclosure of PHI available to the Secretary for purposes of determining ACO’s compliance with the Privacy and Security Regulations. Sub-Business Associate shall immediately notify ACO of any requests made by the Secretary and provide ACO with copies of any documents produced in response to such request.

Contractor agrees to make its internal practices, books and records relating to the Use and Disclosure of Health Information available to the Secretary of the federal Department of Health and Human Services for purposes of determining County’s compliance with the Privacy Regulations.

CHI shall make its internal practices, books and records relating to the Use and Disclosure of PHI available to the Secretary of the federal Department of Health and Human Services (“Secretary”) for purposes of determining Hospital’s compliance with the Privacy Regulations. CHI shall immediately notify Hospital of any requests made by the Secretary and provide Hospital with copies of any documents produced in response to such request.

Contractor agrees to make its internal practices, books and records relating to the Use and Disclosure or health information available to the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services for purposes of determining KCCD’s compliance with the Privacy Regulations. Contractor shall immediately notify KCCD of any requests trade by the Secretary and provide KCCD with copies of any documents produced in response to such request.
Availability of Internal Practices, Books and Records to Government Agencies. Juno agrees to make its internal practices, books and records relating to the use of Data available to the Secretary of the federal Department of Health and Human Services as required by applicable law for purposes of determining Juno’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Juno shall immediately notify Institute of any requests made by the Secretary and provide Institute with copies of any documents produced in response to such requests, subject to the separate, written mutual agreement of the parties on reasonable non-use and non-disclosure obligations.

CONTRACTOR agrees to make its internal practices, books and records relating to the Use and Disclosure of Protected Health Information available to the Secretary of the federal Department of Health and Human Services for purposes of determining COUNTY’s compliance with the Privacy Regulations. CONTRACTOR shall immediately notify COUNTY of any requests made by the Secretary and provide COUNTY with copies of any documents produced in response to such request.
