Auxiliary Conversion Clause Samples

Auxiliary Conversion. The Employer agrees to meet with PEA representatives to review the circumstances of the auxiliary employees named in the list provided by the PEA as specified below: (a) the review date shall occur on April 1st each year; (b) those employees whose work is of a continuous nature at that time shall be converted to regular status and shall have their seniority date adjusted to the following May 1st. Such adjustment shall be for future application only.
Auxiliary Conversion. Auxiliary employees who achieve two thousand and eighty (2,080) straight-time hours in a fifteen (15) month period shall be converted to regular status effective the first of the month following the month in which they attain the required hours.

Auxiliary Conversion. Auxiliary employees who have worked nineteen hundred fifty-seven and one-half (1957½) hours in a fifteen (15) month period, shall be entitled to all the benefits of a regular employee except for Clauses 13.3 and 24.2. The above noted language is suspended until September 23, 2023. Any auxiliary employees with benefits as of September 22, 2016, pursuant to the above will continue to be entitled to such benefits.

A limited number of copies will be printed for distribution to employees that do not have access to computers at work. Where required, the Union and the Employer will jointly determine who prints the Agreement and will share equally in the cost of its printing and distribution.
