Special Certificate Allowance Clause Samples
The Special Certificate Allowance clause establishes the conditions under which a party may be permitted to use or present a certificate that differs from the standard or required form. In practice, this clause might allow for alternative documentation or certifications in situations where the usual certificate is unavailable or impractical to obtain, provided certain criteria are met or approvals are granted. Its core function is to introduce flexibility into compliance requirements, ensuring that contractual obligations can still be fulfilled even when standard documentation cannot be produced, thereby reducing the risk of technical breaches and facilitating smoother transactions.
