Autographed Items. Upon request, Athlete shall autograph up to twenty-five (25) items, provided by USCA at its expense, which USCA may use to promote the sport and its mission, such as items for thank you gifts, auctions, etc. These items may be provided by USCA sponsors, and would thus have sponsor’s manufacturing marks on them.

  • Returned Items You are solely responsible for any Item for which you have been given provisional credit, and any such Item that is returned or rejected may be charged to your Account. You acknowledge that all credits received for deposits made through the Service are provisional, subject to verification and final settlement.
