Authorized Customers. Retailer is authorized to sell Products to End Users. An “End User” is a purchaser of the Products who is the ultimate consumer of the Products and who does not intend to resell the Products to any third party. Retailer shall not sell or transfer Products to any person or entity Retailer knows or has reason to know intends to resell the Products. Retailer shall not sell or transfer a quantity of the Products to any individual greater than that typically purchased for personal use. Retailer shall not sell, ship, invoice, or promote the Products outside the United States of America.

Authorized Customers. BPA use will be restricted to AF executive office and conference furniture acquisitions or any projects utilizing AF funds. Contracting Officers (CO) or Government Purchase Card (GPC) holders buying AF executive office and conference furniture are authorized to use these BPAs. Other service departments and federal agencies are not authorized to use these BPAs unless they have a joint base agreement with the AF or AF base. For example, USACE may use the BPAs to execute a MILCON on behalf of an Air Force installation. Air Force Executive Office and Conference Furniture BPAs are Mandatory Use for all AF CONUS installations. In any situation where the purchase is made by an AF installation/buying office for a non-AF customer, the buying office should review any local policies/host tenant agreements and request a waiver for use of the program. Although it is not mandatory for OCONUS, AF Reserves, and Air National Guard to use these BPAs, it is highly encouraged.

Authorized Customers. Distributor shall sell Products only to licensed physicians, hospitals and other Persons who are permitted by applicable Law to possess and use the Products in the course of providing patient care services. Distributor shall not sell a Product to any Person who resells, or intends to resell, such Product without Regenity’s written authorization to resell Products.

Authorized Customers. DoD bank- ing contracts specify the personnel au- thorized to receive service. Addition- ally, overseas major commanders may approve banking services for other in- dividuals that qualify for individual lo- gistic support under the regulations of the DoD Component concerned, pro- vided that the use of banking services is not precluded by status of forces agreements, other intergovernmental agreements, or host-country law. (iii) Services rendered. DoD banking contracts specify the services to be rendered and related charges. Sugges- tions for expansion or modification of authorized services, fees or charges may be forwarded through DoD Compo- nent channels to the Director, DFAS. Proposals for any new service must be coordinated with the appropriate Com- batant Command and U.S. Chief of Dip- lomatic Mission or U.S. Embassy to make certain that the proposal does not conflict with the status of forces agreements, other intergovernmental agreements, or host-country law.

Authorized Customers. HomeNet Communications Inc. will sell service or merchandise under this contract only to personnel authorized to use AAFES facilities.

Authorized Customers. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Licensee shall not sell Licensed Products to any person or entity, except to the following, on and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement: (1) Authorized Retailers in the Territory, (2) Excluded Trade Channel Operators. and/or (3) the WHP E-Com Operator.

Authorized Customers. Dealer shall only sell the Products to end-users. Wholesale sales of Products or sales of Products to other business entities is strictly prohibited.

Authorized Customers. (a) Reseller may sell Products solely to Authorized Third-Party Resellers or End Users. (b) An “Authorized Third-Party Reseller” is an individual or business entity that: (i) purchases Products from Reseller and resells the Products as part of a commercial enterprise; (ii) has received and agrees to adhere to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Company Authorized Third-Party Reseller Policy; and (iii) has not had its Authorized Third-Party Reseller status revoked by Company. (c) An “End User” is any purchaser of Products who is the ultimate consumer of the Products and does not intend to resell the Products to any third party. (d) If any customer or prospective customer of Reseller that seeks to purchase Products for resale is not yet an Authorized Third-Party Reseller, Reseller shall immediately provide the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ Company Authorized Third-Party Reseller Policy to such customer or prospective customer. If such customer or prospective customer accepts the terms in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ Company Authorized Third-Party Reseller Policy, Reseller may thereafter sell Products to such customer, which shall thereafter be an Authorized Third-Party Reseller unless and until Company revokes such status. Authorized Third-Party Resellers are determined by Company in its sole discretion. (e) Reseller shall distribute policies, updates to policies, product information, educational materials, and other information to its Authorized Third-Party Reseller customers as requested by Company from time to time. (f) Reseller shall cease or suspend sales to any customer promptly upon Company’s request. (g) Notwithstanding Sections 2(b) and 2(d), Reseller shall not sell Products to or through any entity that operates an online marketplace, including, without limitation, ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, or ▇▇▇.▇▇▇, without the prior written consent of Company. (h) Reseller shall not sell, ship, invoice, or promote Products outside the United States or to anyone Reseller knows or has reason to know intends to ship Products outside the United States without Company’s prior written consent, except that Reseller may sell Products to End Users in Canada.
