Common use of AUTHORIZATION NOT EXCLUSIVE Clause in Contracts

AUTHORIZATION NOT EXCLUSIVE. The City shall have the right to grant, renew and extend rights and privileges to others not party to this Agreement by contract or otherwise, to use City Facilities covered by this Agreement. Such rights shall not interfere with the rights granted to Licensee by the specific Permits issued pursuant to this Agreement.

AUTHORIZATION NOT EXCLUSIVE. Such rights shall not interfere with the rights granted to Licensee by the specific Permits issued pursuant to this Agreement.
