AUTHORIZATION NOT EXCLUSIVE. Nothing herein contained shall be construed as a grant of any exclusive authorization, right or privilege to Licensee. Licensor shall have the right to grant, renew and extend rights and privileges to others not parties to this Agreement, by contract or otherwise, to use any pole covered by this Agreement.
AUTHORIZATION NOT EXCLUSIVE. CPS Energy shall have the right to grant, renew and extend nondiscriminatory rights and privileges to others not party to this Agreement, by contract or otherwise, to use CPS Energy Facilities. Such rights shall not interfere with the privileges granted to Licensee by the specific Permits issued pursuant to the Pole Attachment Standards. Licensee’s privileges under a Permit issued pursuant to the Pole Attachment Standards shall not interfere with the privileges of any Other Attaching Entity that has been issued a Permit. In the event of a conflict between the privileges of Licensee and any Other Attaching Entity that cannot be resolved by reference to the Pole Attachment Standards, CPS Energy shall resolve the conflict as the Pole owner based on non-discriminatory principles.
AUTHORIZATION NOT EXCLUSIVE. The District shall have the right to grant, renew and extend rights and privileges to others not party to this Agreement by contract or otherwise, to use District Facilities covered by this Agreement. Such rights shall not interfere with the rights granted to Licensee by this Agreement or by the specific Permits issued pursuant to this Agreement.
AUTHORIZATION NOT EXCLUSIVE. The Utility shall have the right to grant, renew and extend rights and privileges to others not party to this Agreement by contract or otherwise, to use Utility Facilities covered by this Agreement. Such rights shall not interfere with the rights granted to Licensee by the specific Permits issued pursuant to this Agreement.
AUTHORIZATION NOT EXCLUSIVE. The City shall have the right to grant, renew and extend rights and privileges to others not party to this Agreement by contract or otherwise, to use City Facilities covered by this Agreement. Such rights shall not interfere with the rights granted to Licensee by the specific Permits issued pursuant to this Agreement.
AUTHORIZATION NOT EXCLUSIVE. 24.1 Nothing herein contained shall be construed as a grant of any exclusive authorization, right or privilege to Licensee. AT&T shall have the right to grant, renew and extend rights and privileges to others not parties to this Agreement, by contract or otherwise, to use any Pole, Anchor, or Conduit System covered by this Agreement and Licensee’s rights hereunder.
AUTHORIZATION NOT EXCLUSIVE. 23.1 Nothing herein contained shall be construed as a grant of any exclusive authorization, right or privilege to Licensee. BellSouth shall have the right to grant, renew and extend rights and privileges to others not parties to this Attachment 8, by contract or otherwise, to use any Pole, Anchor, or Conduit System covered by this Attachment 8 and Licensee's rights hereunder.
AUTHORIZATION NOT EXCLUSIVE. Authority will have the right to grant, renew and extend nondiscriminatory rights and privileges to others not party to this Agreement, by contract or otherwise, to use Authority Facilities. Such rights will not interfere with the privileges granted to Licensee by the specific Approved Design Packages issued pursuant to the Pole Attachment Technical Requirements.
AUTHORIZATION NOT EXCLUSIVE. 16.1 Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as a grant of any exclusive authorization, right or privilege to Licensee. Subject to the rights granted Licensee under the provisions of this Agreement, Verizon- Washington, DC shall have the right to grant, renew and extend rights and privileges in a nondiscriminatory manner to others not parties to this Agreement, by contract or otherwise, to use any Pole, Duct, Conduit or Right of Way covered by this Agreement.
AUTHORIZATION NOT EXCLUSIVE. CPS Energy shall have the right to grant, renew, and extend nondiscriminatory rights and privileges to others not party to this Wireless Installation Agreement, by contract or otherwise, to use CPS Energy Facilities. Such rights shall not interfere with the privileges granted to Licensee by the specific Permits issued pursuant to this Wireless Installation Agreement and the Pole Attachment Standards. Licensee’s privileges under a Permit issued pursuant to this Wireless Installation Agreement and the Pole Attachment Standards shall not interfere with the privileges of any Other Attaching Entity or other provider of Wireless Services that has been issued a Permit. In the event of a conflict between the privileges of Licensee and any Other Attaching Entity or other provider of Wireless Services that cannot be resolved by reference to the Pole Attachment Standards, CPS Energy shall resolve the conflict as the Pole or Streetlight Pole owner based on non-discriminatory principles.
