Common use of AUTHORIZATION NOT EXCLUSIVE Clause in Contracts

AUTHORIZATION NOT EXCLUSIVE. The Utility shall have the right to grant, renew and extend rights and privileges to others not party to this Agreement by contract or otherwise, to use Utility Facilities covered by this Agreement. Such rights shall not interfere with the rights granted to Licensee by the specific Permits issued pursuant to this Agreement.

AUTHORIZATION NOT EXCLUSIVE. The Utility shall have the right to grant, renew and extend rights and privileges to others not party to this Agreement Agreement, by contract or otherwise, to use Utility Facilities covered by this Agreement. Such rights shall not interfere with the rights granted to Licensee by the specific Permits issued pursuant to this Agreement.

AUTHORIZATION NOT EXCLUSIVE. The Owner Utility shall have the right to grant, renew and extend rights and privileges to others not party to this Agreement Agreement, by contract or otherwise, to use its Utility Facilities covered by this Agreement. Such Owner Utility hereby warrants that such rights shall not interfere with the rights granted to Licensee Attaching Utility by the specific Permits issued pursuant to terms of this Agreement.
