Common use of Authority of District Administration Clause in Contracts

Authority of District Administration. ‌ It is recognized that the District and its Administration has the responsibility and authority to manage and direct, in behalf, of the public, all operations and activities of the school district to the full extent authorized by laws and the Constitution of the State of Washington and the United States of America. The Board and its administrative agents shall be free to exercise all such rights and responsibilities which are not in conflict with the express provisions of this Agreement.
