Common use of Attainment of Core Competencies Clause in Contracts

Attainment of Core Competencies. (a) It is the responsibility of each Employee to meet the minimum standards required by the Department of Community Services for the location in which they work. The Employer is not required to reimburse or fund an Employee for time and/or expenses incurred to complete the necessary training to meet the core competencies. Core competencies shall be as set out in Appendix “D”
