The "Attainable" clause defines the requirement that certain goals, standards, or deliverables specified in an agreement must be realistically achievable by the parties involved. In practice, this means that any targets or obligations set forth should be within reasonable reach, considering available resources, timeframes, and capabilities. For example, a project deadline or performance metric would be considered attainable if it can be met under normal working conditions without extraordinary effort. This clause ensures that expectations are fair and feasible, preventing disputes that could arise from setting impossible or overly ambitious requirements.
Attainable. All elements and standards must be achievable. The employee and the supervisor will discuss the work relating to the critical elements to establish a clear expectation of what must be done to achieve the results expected. In the discussion, consideration will be given to the time, tools, training, support or other resources and control factors that are necessary for the employee to perform at the required level.   • Performance Goals A. The Trust and State Street have developed mutually acceptable performance goals dated March 1, 2011 , and as may be amended from time to time, regarding the manner in which they expect to deliver and receive the services under this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Service Level Agreement”). The parties agree that such Service Level Agreement reflects performance goals and any failure to perform in accordance with the provisions thereof shall not be considered a breach of contract that gives rise to contractual or other remedies.
