ATM Manager. ATM Manager shall obtain and maintain during the term of this Agreement, at its sole expense, insurance sufficient to cover any and all damages, liability and obligations contemplated by this Agreement. The coverage by ATM Manager shall, at a minimum, provide for the following:
ATM Manager. Customer agrees to provide a representative of management ------------ with decision-making authority to work with InterCept to coordinate the installation of ATM(s) and/or conversion of ATM(s) to InterCept's computer.

  • Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.

  • Manager 5.1. Rules relating to the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Managers shall be governed by the Act. Such provisions are hereinafter incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Manager shall have the powers set forth in Paragraph 5.3 below.

  • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.

  • Contract Manager The Contract Manager for the Board is ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇. The Contract Manager for the Contractor is the Contractor. The parties shall direct all matters arising in connection with the performance of this Agreement, other than notices, to the attention of the Contract Managers for attempted resolution or action. The Contract Managers shall be responsible for overall resolution, action, coordination, and oversight relating to the performance of this Agreement.

  • Account Manager A designated Account Manager for the Centralized Contract shall be provided. The Account Manager is responsible for the overall relationship with the State during the course of the Contract and shall act as the central point of contact. A designated Billing Contact for the Centralized Contract shall be provided. The Billing Contact will become the single point of contact between the Contractor and the Authorized User for matters related to invoicing, billing and payment. A designated Emergency Contact for the Centralized Contract shall be provided. The Emergency Contact will be available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year for emergency procurements.
