The junior varsity level gives the athlete the opportunity to refine his/her fundamental skills and learn the more complex tactics and strategies in preparation for future varsity play. CSN participates in leagues that are competitive and not recreational in nature. Community School of Naples does not guarantee playing time at the Junior Varsity and Varsity level. Coaches at all levels may need to make team selections in order to maintain manageable numbers for both practices and games. Participation on any CSN athletic team is a distinct privilege to be earned, not a universal right. This participation carries obligations with respect to conduct, sportsmanship and academic performance.
