Common use of Association Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Association Responsibility. The Association recognizes its 28 responsibility as bargaining agent and agrees to represent all nurses with respect to 29 grievances as herein defined. Such representation shall be afforded any nurse within 30 the bargaining unit whether or not that nurse is a member of the Association. Nothing 31 in this section shall be construed to require the Association to pursue grievances that 32 the Association considers invalid.
