Associate Agencies. Associate Agencies shall be charged a nominal annual membership fee at a level set from time to time by Simple Majority Vote of the Governing Board. An Associate Agency which stops contracting for police and/or fire/EMS services from a Principal and requests to be Directly Served by Snohomish County 911 shall be approved by the Governing Board as a Principal per Section 14.d and shall not be subject to any latecomer fees in making this transition.

  • Contract Use by State Agencies To the extent applicable, the Contract does not prohibit state agencies from using their delegated purchasing authority to procure similar goods and services from other sources.

  • Non-State Agencies Participation in Centralized Contracts New York State political subdivisions and others authorized by New York State law may participate in Centralized Contracts. These include, but are not limited to local governments, public authorities, public school and fire districts, public and nonprofit libraries, and certain other nonpublic/nonprofit organizations.   • Non-State Agency Authorized Users Authorized Users other than State Agencies are permitted to make purchases through state Centralized Contracts where permitted by law, the Contract or the Commissioner.

  • Regulatory Agencies Nothing herein contained shall grant, or be construed to grant, PDC the right or authority to waive or release any rights, privileges, or obligations which Partnership may have federal or state laws or under rules, regulations or orders promulgated under such laws in reference to oil, gas and mineral operations, including the location, operation, or production of xxxxx, on tracts offsetting or adjacent to the Contract Area. With respect to operations hereunder, the Partnership agrees to release PDC from any and all losses, damages, injuries, claims and causes of action arising out of, incident to or resulting directly or indirectly from Operator's interpretation or application of rules, rulings, regulations, or orders of the Department of Energy or predecessor or successor agencies to the extent such interpretation or application was made in good faith.   • Procurement from UN Agencies Goods estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured directly from Inter-Agency Procurement Services Office (IAPSO) in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.9 of the Procurement Guidelines.

  • Special Aggregation Rule Applicable to Relationship Managers For purposes of determining the aggregate balance or value of accounts held by a person to determine whether an account is a High Value Account, a Reporting Financial Institution shall also be required, in the case of any accounts that a relationship manager knows or has reason to know are directly or indirectly owned, controlled, or established (other than in a fiduciary capacity) by the same person, to aggregate all such accounts.

  • OTHER AGENCIES Other tax supported agencies within the State of California who have not contracted for their own requirements may desire to participate in this contract. The Contractor is requested to service these agencies and will be given the opportunity to accept or reject the additional requirements. If the Contractor elects to supply other agencies, orders will be placed directly by the agency and payments made directly by the agency.
